The 10-track studio album sees former Doobie Brother Michael McDonald rejoin the band alongside Patrick Simmons, Tom Johnston and John McFee both in the recording studio, writers’ room and on an upcoming global tour.
“Walk This Road” was produced in Los Angeles with John Shanks and is the first new album by the foursome in over 40 years.
As for “Learn To Let Go”, the track features all three principal vocalists - McDonald, Simmons and Johnston.
“It's a song about what might be the hardest lesson we learn and one of the last things we do in this life,” says McDonald.
“Walk This Road” will be released on June 6 via Rhino Records; “Learn To Let Go” is an Instant Grat when you pre-order the album, which you can do here.
