Peter Frampton inducted into Rock Hall

Peter Frampton was among the rockers inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame during an October 19 ceremony in Cleveland, OH.

Following an introduction by Roger Daltrey of The Who, the guitarist took the stage with his band for the 1973 single, “Baby (Somethin’s Happenin)”, after which Keith Urban sat in for “Do You Feel Like We Do”, an iconic 1973 track made famous by its inclusion on 1976’s landmark “Frampton Comes Alive” release.

Joining Frampton as 2024 inductees in the performer category are Ozzy Osbourne, Foreigner, Dave Matthews Band, Cher, Mary J. Blige, Kool & The Gang, and A Tribe Called Quest.

Frampton was one of the inductees who were featured on the Rock Hall ballot for the first time this year, joining Osbourne, Foreigner, Cher, and Kool & the Gang among others.

To be eligible for nomination, an individual artist or band must have released its first single or album at least 25 years prior to the year of nomination;
