“In Episode 5 of Behind The Summer Stadium Tour,” begins the synopsis, “the guys rework the stage at Fenway Park, power through some rain and illness, soundcheck for the first time on tour and more!
The series – which opened at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, MO on July 6 – wrapped up last month.
In sync with the trek, Def Leppard released a new standalone single, “Just Like 73”, which features a guest appearance by Rage Against The Machine guitarist Tom Morello.
“It encapsulates a time that burned deep into our DNA,” says Joe EIlliott. “We wanted to celebrate that very important and glorious time.”
"When I saw David Bowie on TV between 1972 and 1973, everything I thought I knew about music went from black and white to vivid technicolor," adds Phil Collen. "Our song 'Just Like 73' represents that awakening."
