“In Episode 6 of Behind The Summer Stadium Tour,” begins the synopsis, “the guys try on some hats, hang with Steve Miller, visit Electric Fetus to sign some vinyl and hide a pair of tickets and more!”
The 2024 series saw the two bands play 27 shows across the continent; it also marked Def Leppard’s first tour with Journey since 2018, when they performed 60 dates together.
"Def Leppard and Journey will be reuniting and hitting the road together for the Summer Stadium Tour with Steve Miller, Cheap Trick & Heart on select shows, which makes for an amazing night of music!,” said Joe Elliott of Def Leppard when the trek was announced last December. “Having just completed a sensational 18 month run promoting our ‘Diamond Star Halos’ album, we shall hit the boards running with a brand-new stage show and set of songs that will celebrate specific parts of our history. We may even have a surprise or two up our sleeves ... so, wanna join us !??! ... See you in the summer!"
