The tune follows “Say What You Will” as the second track issued from the Alter Bridge and Slash & The Conspirators singer in advance of his third solo set, which will arrive on October 11 via Napalm Records.
“The Art Of Letting Go” marks the return of Myles, backed by his band comprised of Zia Uddin on drums and Tim Tournier on bass, as the lineup returned to Studio Barbarosa in Florida to record the project with longtime producer Michael “Elvis” Baskette.
In sync with the record’s release, Kennedy will launch a six-week European tour in Hamburg, Germany on October 27 before playing dates across the US starting in mid-January.
