The song marks multiple firsts for the group, including its first new music since 2019; its first to feature new touring guitarist John 5; and, its first track issued as part of the group’s deal with Big Machine Records.
“It's always great getting back in the studio with the guys in the band,” says Nikki Sixx. “We know you're gonna like this one.”
“Working with the band on the new song was the easiest session I have ever had with them... The Crue is the best they have ever been!,” adds producer Bob Rock. “And they have plenty of new stuff in store.”
Motley Crue fans will recognize the song’s title from the band’s recent history: the group performed a secret club show in London, UK last year under the name Dogs Of War.
The Los Angeles rockers will launch a 2024 North American tour in Atlantic City, NJ on May 3.
Motley Crue delivered three of the top 10 Rock News Stories Of The Year and were named the Rock News Artist Of The Year as part of the 2023 hennemusic Rock News Awards.
