The Van Halen rocker previewed instrumental snippets of the track this past week before sharing the full version; no details of its recording and the players involved were provided alongside the tune's posting online.
In recent months, Roth has shared several recordings, including a new "studio live" version of the 1984 Van Halen classic, “Jump”, and unreleased songs “Wash And Fold”, “The Shit That Killed Elvis”, “Manda Bala”, and “Talking Christmas Blues.”
Alex Van Halen will release his memoir, “Brothers”, on October 22 via HarperCollins.
Written following the 2020 passing of his brother, Eddie, the project will see the Van Halen drummer share his personal story of family, friendship, music, and brotherly love in a remarkable tribute to his beloved brother and bandmate.
