Written by Rob Halford and guitarists Glenn Tipton and Richie Faulkner, the song is featured on the group’s first release since 2018’s “Firepower”, which earned the group their highest-charting US album when it debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 upon its release.
Due March 8, 2024, Judas Priest revealed news about “Invincible Shield” for the first time during their October 7 appearance at the Power Trip festival in Indio, CA last weekend.
The band – who recently celebrated 50 years in music and 50 million records sold – will launch the record with a UK and European tour next March in sync with the album’s release.
