According to a report by local media outle El Tiempo, Elliott checked in to Clínica de Marly as he was experiencing respiratory issues.
Following news that the singer has been discharged from the hospital, Def Leppard took to social media with a photo of Elliott alongside news that the band will take the stage this evening as scheduled.
“BOGOTA – the show is still ON for tonight at Parque Simon Bolivar!,” said the group. “We're ready to rock and roll with the fans in Colombia!”
Def Leppard recently launched a year-long celebration of their 1983 album classic, “Pyromania”, in sync with the 40th anniversary; their current release is 2022’s “Diamond Star Halos.”
