Set to open in Portland, OR on February 19, the band has added six dates to the spring series, including new stops in Jacksonville, Tampa, Columbia, Knoxville, Greensboro and Newark.
The trek sees the classic rock outfit perform a “Hotel California” set with an accompanying orchestra and choir, followed by an additional set of the band’s greatest hits.
A limited number of VIP packages will be available Thursday, January 12 at 10 AM local time, with general public tickets going on sale Friday, January 13 at 10 AM local time.
“Hotel California” is the third best-selling US album in history: it was certified 26-times Platinum by the RIAA in 2018 for sales of more than 26 million copies, while the band’s “Their Greatest Hits 1971-1975” collection tops the list at 38 million copies sold in the region.
The group’s fifth studio record topped the US charts and won two Grammy Awards - for "New Kid In Town" and the title track.
