Finalists for the 13th annual hennemusic Rock News Awards are chosen by readers: the Rock News Story Of The Year is determined by page views, while the Rock News Artist Of The Year is based on the combined total page views of the top 50 hennemusic rock news stories of the past twelve months.
The 2022 hennemusic Rock News Awards winners will be announced on Friday, December 16.

Rock News Story Of The Year No. 6: KISS
In September, KISS streamed a previously-unreleased live soundboard recording of “I Love It Loud” as the latest preview to a series of 40th anniversary reissues of their 1982 album, “Creatures Of The Night.”
The band was captured delivering the lead single from the project during a performance at the MetroCentre in Rockford, IL on December 31, 1982.
