David Lee Roth has canceled the launch of his Las Vegas residency due to Covid issues.
“Due to unforeseen circumstances related to COVID and out of an abundance of caution for those working and attending the shows, the David Lee Roth performances scheduled for Dec. 31, 2021 and Jan. 1, 2022, have been canceled,” shared the venue in a statement to KTNV-TV Las Vegas.
“Refunds will be automatically processed, and ticketholders will be notified directly.”
No further details were provided on the House Of Blues site or via ticketmaster.
Roth’s next scheduled appearance at the venue is Wednesday, January 5.
The Van Halen rocker recently extended his Las Vegas timeline with the addition of four new dates for the farewell series after he announced plans to retire from music.
