Billed as “The Metal Tour Of The Year”, the series – with guests Trivium and In Flames – was originally set to begin last June before the pandemic shut down the live music industry, and previously-booked shows for this year have now been revised again.
The seven-week trek will now open August 20 in Austin, TX, with shows wrapping up in Quebec City on October 2.
All previously purchased tickets for any of the rescheduled dates will be valid for the new date; for any canceled dates, refunds will automatically be processed at your point of purchase.
Tickets for available seats will go on sale Friday, May 7 at 10:00 am local time.
"Can you hear that sound of armies on the march — of destruction on the horizon?,” says Megadeth leader Dave Mustaine. “That's this tour, coming for you. We cannot wait to return to the stage and I promise you, you do NOT want to miss these shows. You're not going to know what hit you!"
