The November series will see the band perform 8 shows in Australia and a pair in New Zealand
"Stadium rock is back!" announced the group on social media.
Tickets for fan-club members will be available starting Monday, November 23, with general public tickets going on sale Thursday, November 26.
The late 2021 shows are currently set to follow a rescheduled European run in June and North American dates in July and August.
Guns N’ Roses have reportedly been working on new music while the live music industry has essentially shut down during the pandemic.
