Directed by Paola Kudacki and co-starring Dave Grohl and Sofia Boutella, the clip delivers a black and white interpretation of a recurring dream that’s haunted the rocker since his childhood days.
The video arrives just days after the Foo Fighters performed the debut of “Shame Shame” on the November 7 episode of NBC-TV’s Saturday Night Live in sync with the song’s release.
The tune previews the band’s 10th studio record, “Medicine At Midnight”; produced by Greg Kurstin and the group, the project will be issued on February 5, 2021.
The Foo Fighters will perform a livestream concert from The Roxy in Hollywood on Saturday, November 14 at 8pm Eastern Time; tickets for the show are $15 (available here) and fans will have access to replay the full stream for 48 hours from the start of the show.
A portion of proceeds from the event will go to Sweet Relief; founded in 1993 by Victoria Williams, the Sweet Relief Musicians Fund provides financial assistance to all types of career musicians and music industry workers who are struggling to make ends meet while facing illness, disability, or age-related problems.
Sweet Relief is providing immediate assistance to anyone in the music industry who has been financially impacted by COVID-19. Applications are being accepted now, with full details available at SweetRelief.org.
