Guns N’ Roses: Costa Rica concert cancelled over coronavirus outbreak
An upcoming March 18 Guns N’ Roses concert in Costa Rica is among the events cancelled by the country’s Ministry Of Health as the coronavirus outbreak continues to expand its reach on a global scale.
The Not In This Lifetime tour date at the Estadio Ricardo Saprissa Ayma in San Jose was scheduled to be the first in a series of Central and South American events by the band.
According to The Costa Rica Star, the Ministry Of Health in coordination with the National Emergency Commission (CNE) announced this week that all massive events and activities – both free and paid – are cancelled as nine cases of the virus have been confirmed there to date.
Following a recent performance in Miami, FL, Guns N’ Roses are scheduled to resume the tour in Mexico City on March 14.
