The Foo Fighters will mark the 25th anniversary of the release of their 1995 debut album by hosting the inaugural D.C. Jam festival at FedEx Field in Washington, DC on July 4.
In the spirit of a pair of Cal Jam events in 2017 and 2018, the rockers have curated the event that will see them joined by a lineup that includes Chris Stapleton, Pharrell Williams, The Go-Go's and Band Of Horses, among others.
Beyond the live music, D.C. Jam will feature side attractions including a BBQ Competition, a Tailgate Party, Rides, Games and more to be added and announced as the date nears.
Presales for Foo Fighters Fans and Citi cardmembers are underway now, while advance access for Chris Stapleton Fans, Live Nation, Redskins Season Ticket Members, and FedExField Events will begin on Thursday, March 5 at 12 pm ET, with general public tickets on sale beginning Friday, March 6 at 10am ET.
Full event details are available at DCJamFest.com.
The Foo Fighters will open their 25th anniversary series with the 2020 Van Tour when it launches in Phoenix, AZ on April 12; the series sees the band revisiting stops along their 1995 trek … but this time, they’ll be performing in the round.
