Ozzy Osbourne announces Ordinary Man launch events

Ozzy Osbourne has announced a series of launch events in more than 50 cities around the world to mark the February 21 release of his first album in a decade, “Ordinary Man.”

The project sees Osbourne teamed with producer and guitarist Andrew Watt and includes the rhythm section of Guns N’ Roses bassist Duff McKagan and Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith; special guests on the record include Slash, Elton John, Tom Morello and Post Malone.

On the eve of the release, Thursday, February 20, fans attending the events – to be held simultaneously at tattoo shops in 50 cities around the world – will not only have the opportunity to listen to “Ordinary Man” in advance of its arrival in stores, but they’ll also be among the first to select from a collection of exclusive Ozzy-inspired tattoo designs.

As part of the launch, Osbourne will appear at an in-store signing event at Amoeba Records in Hollywood, CA on release day, Friday, February 21 at 5:00 pm, marking the rocker’s first in-store appearance in a decade.

To attend the signing, fans must purchase “Ordinary Man” (available on CD, LP or picture disc) in-store at Amoeba Hollywood on February 21. Please note: signing space is limited; line to purchase will form on Sunset Blvd. on February 21, before store opens at 10:30 AM. There is a limit of two copies of “Ordinary Man” per person for signing; no additional items will be signed at this event and no photos with the artist will be possible.

“Ordinary Man” has been previewed with the lead single, “Under The Graveyard”, “Straight To Hell” and the title track.
