Aerosmith have announced plans to perform a 50th anniversary concert in their hometown of Boston, MA this fall.
The September 18 event – with guests Extreme – will see the legendary rockers take the stage at Fenway Park as part of the milestone celebrations this year marking the 1970 formation of the group.
Aerosmith, Citi cardmembers and Block Nation presales begin Tuesday, January 28 at 10am ET, while a Red Sox STH presale starts Wednesday, January 29 at 10am ET and a Live Nation presale starts Thursday, January 30 at 10am ET, with all presales ending Thursday, January 30 at 10pm EST.
General public tickets will go on sale Friday, January 31 at 10am ET.
In the midst of celebrating 50 years as a band, Aerosmith was recently honored as the MusiCares Person Of The Year for their considerable philanthropic efforts and undeniable impact on American music history, along with an their recent Grammys performance at Sunday nights awards.
The band will resume their ongoing Deuces Are Wild Las Vegas residency at the Park Theater at Park MGM on January 29.
