Finalists for the 10th annual hennemusic Rock News Awards are chosen by readers: the Rock News Story Of The Year is determined by page views, while the Rock News Artist Of The Year is based on the combined total page views of the top 50 hennemusic rock news stories of the past twelve months.
The 2019 hennemusic Rock News Awards winners will be announced on Thursday, December 19.

Rock News Story Of The Year No. 6: FLEETWOOD MAC
In February, Fleetwood Mac issued a statement on the health issues affecting former bandmate Lindsey Buckingham.
At the time, the guitarist was recovering from recent emergency open heart surgery that resulted in vocal damage to the rocker.
Buckingham was fired by Fleetwood Mac last year after Stevie Nicks reportedly gave the band an ultimatum that she would leave if he didn’t.
