Motley Crue singer Vince Neil underwent hand surgery in Nashville, TN on November 27.
The rocker shared a photo from hospital on Instagram, alongside a caption that reads: "Hand Surgery Today!! #vikingdisease #Dupuytrenscontracture #nashville"
The hashtags reference a health issue called Dupuytren's contracture which, according to WebMD is a condition that gradually causes connective tissue under the skin of your palm to thicken and become scar-like while restricting movement by curling a finger, or fingers, towards your palm.
Neil is displaying a curled pinky finger on his right hand in the photo from the Nashville hospital.
Motley Crue recently announced plans to return to the concert stage, just five years after signing an agreement that they would no longer perform together following the end of their official farewell tour in 2015.
In 2014, the group signed a formal Cessation Of Touring Agreement that could not be undone unless all band members agreed to do so; industry sources are indicating the band will headline a to-be-announced 2020 US stadium tour with Def Leppard and Poison.
