Metallica performed the “...And Justic For All” track “Harvester Of Sorrow” at Parque Bicentenario in Quito, Ecuador on October 29 as part of the band’s just-completed Latin American tour and official video from the show is available.
The first single from the group’s 1988 album helped the project peak at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 on its way to US sales of more than 8 million copies.
The Ecuador concert was the second stop on the opening leg of Metallica’s World Wired tour in support of their tenth album, “Hardwired…To Self Destruct”, following the launch in San Juan, Puerto Rico on October 26.
18-song setlists for both dates were virtually identical, with the group swapping out opening night’s “The Unforgiven” from the “Black” album for “King Nothing” from 1996’s “Load.”
The 2-week trek saw Metallica perform the live debut of their new single, “Atlas, Rise”, at the Hipodromo De Los Andres in Bogota, Colombia on November 1.
