Guns N’ Roses played the second of two shows on their Not In This Lifetime tour at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ on July 24.
The 24-song set mirrored the previous night’s show on Slash’s 51st birthday for the most part: Duff McKagan swapped out a cover of a tune by Misfits from Saturday with one by The Damned, and the encore opened with “Don’t Cry” instead of the acoustic “Patience.”
The concert marked the fourteenth stop on the summer run, which will wrap up at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego, CA on August 22.
Guns N’ Roses will next perform at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, GA on July 27 – the first of four shows that will see the band joined by openers The Cult, who are on the road in support of their latest album “Hidden City.”
The group is also on board for dates in Orlando, FL (Jul 29), New Orleans, LA (Jul 31) and Arlington, TX (Aug 3).
