Alter Bridge have announced a series of US headline dates this fall in support of their forthcoming album, “The Last Hero.”
The 3-week run will begin in Destin, FL on September 22 and will wrap up just prior to the October 7 release of their fifth album.
Tickets for the sghows will go on-sale July 29 and fans can get exclusive early access to the band’s ticket pre-sale by pre-ordering any item from their official U.S store.
Alter Bridge are currently on the road across North America on a summer tour with Disturbed and Breaking Benjamin.
“The Last Hero” was recorded earlier this year with longtime producer Michael 'Elvis' Baskette.
The group have released a lyric video for the project’s lead single, “Show Me A Leader.”
“Show Me a Leader is a reflection of how polarized and fractured things are in our society,” says singer Myles Kennedy. “This song doesn’t push an agenda, it simply expresses a very common sense of disillusionment people seem to be feeling at this point in time.”
The band’s last record, 2013’s “Fortress”, debuted at No. 12 on the US Billboard 200 chart following first week sales of 30,000.
