Ghost delivered a three-song acoustic set at KLAQ-FM in El Paso, TX on April 22 and video from the performance has surfaced.
Currently on the road across North America on the Black To The Future Tour, Ghost unplugged for “Jigolo Har Megiddo” from 2013's “Infestissumam” ahead of their show at Tricky Falls.
“As you can see I’m sporting shades today,” Papa Emeritus III told the audience. “It’s because I have an eye infection. Come see us in the fall and I will not wear them and you will have the full eye experience.”
The band also performed “He Is” from their latest release “Meliora”, and a cover of Roky Erickson’s "If You Have Ghosts" from their 2013 Dave Grohl-produced EP of the same name.
In February, Ghost were honored for “Meliora” with their first Grammy Award in the Best Metal Performance category for the single, “Cirice”, and a Swedish Grammis Award for the "Best Hard Rock/Metal Album" of the year.
Ghost’s spring US tour will wrap up May 22 in Albany, NY, followed by a series of summer European dates.
