Guns N’ Roses confirm The Cult will open Mexico City shows
Guns N’ Roses have confirmed that The Cult will open the band’s pair of concerts in Mexico City later this month.
The April 19 & 20 shows at Foro Sol follows the reunion tour’s preview and launch with a rare intimate show at The Troubadour in Los Angeles on April 1.
Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan were rounded out with a lineup that included longtime GNR members Richard Fortus on guitar, keyboardist Dizzy Reed and drummer Frank Ferrer alongside new addition, keyboardist Melissa Reese.
The arena launch of the reunion run starts this weekend at the new T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV, with shows scheduled for April 8 & 9.
Guns N’ Roses will next headline Coachella on April 16, play the Mexico City dates and return for an April 23 during the second weekend of Coachella.
A full summer stadium tour of North America will open at Ford Field in Detroit, MI on June 23, with shows set to wrap up in San Diego, CA on August 22.

A Citi cardmember pre-sale begins Monday, April 4 at 10 AM local time through Thursday, April 7 at 10 PM, local time through Citi's Private Pass Program.
Tickets for the general public go on sale Friday, April 8 at livenation.com.
