hennemusic is pleased to bring you the live stream of Metallica performing a Super Bowl 50 eve concert at AT&T Park in San Francisco, CA.
The band are due to hit the stage at approximately 11:30 PM EST.
CBS Radio’s “The Night Before” annual event sees the band joined by special guests Cage The Elephant ahead of the big game between the Carolina Panthers and Denver Broncos at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, CA on Sunday, February 7.
"We can't wait to play our first show of 2016 and there's nowhere we'd rather kick off the festivities than in our own backyard," says Lars Ulrich. "Even though the show has been sold out for months, Metallica fans around the world will be able to join in on the madness."
Metallica warmed up for Saturday’s concert by inviting 300 of their friends and Fan Club members down to AT&T Park for a Sound Check Party on Friday while testing out a new stage setup.
Metallica are taking time away from the studio for the concert; the band have been working on the follow-up to 2008’s “Death Magnetic.”
