Axl Rose will end months of rumours and speculation about a Guns N’ Roses reunion when he makes a guest appearance on ABC-TV’s Jimmy Kimmel Live next week.
Multiple sources have confirmed to Rolling Stone that Rose will join Kimmel on the late night program, although no broadcast schedule has been revealed to date.
The singer previously appeared on Kimmel's late-night show in 2012, which marked his first live interview in 20 years.
This week, Billboard reported that a Guns N’ Roses reunion will launch in the spring – with Rose and Slash confirmed.
Some variation on the group’s lineup is expected to one of the first acts to play the new Las Vegas Arena when it opens April 6 – and then they’ll headline the Coachella Music & Arts Festival in Indio, CA over the weekends of April 15-17 and April 22-24.
The reunited act is also reportedly negotiating with promoters for a $3 million fee per show to play as many as 25 football stadiums in North America in the summer of 2016
The official lineup for Coachella is expected to be announced next week, which may coincide with Rose’s appearance on Kimmel.
