Ghost launched their Unholy/Unplugged tour of US record stores in Seattle on Tuesday.
Promoting the August 21 release of their third album, “Meliora”, the Swedish rockers performed at Silver Platters in Seattle, WA.
New singer Papa Emeritus III and two of the Nameless Ghouls were on hand to play a four-song set that included “Jigolo Har Megiddo,” “Ghuleh” and “Zombie Queen” from 2013’s “Infestissumam”, and the title track to their 2013 Dave Grohl-produced EP “If You Have Ghost.”
Following the performance, Ghost reportedly hosted 2- hour meet and greet with fans at the store.
The Unholy/Unplugged trek will sees the band hit four more US cities this week, including Los Angles, Phoenix, Baltimore and Brooklyn .
The intimate acoustic performances will be followed a month later by the Black To The Future North American tour, which begins at The Fillmore in Washington, DC on September 22.
