Glenn Hughes announces South American tour
Bassist/vocalist Glenn Hughes has announced dates for a summer tour of South America.
Hughes will perform eight shows on the continent starting August 13 in Lima, Peru; along the way he’ll play concerts in Brazil, Chile and Argentina.
The tour marks Hughes return to South America for his first solo live performances in the region in almost 10 years.
The bassist will be joined by Revolution Saints guitarist Doug Aldrich and Swedish drummer Pontus Engborg for the dates, which precede his previously-announced fall trek across Europe.
Hughes will perform highlights from his extensive career, including music from Trapeze, Deep Purple, Black Country Communion, California Breed and solo material.
