Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler will debut the video for his solo country single, “Love Is Your Name”, on ABC-TV’s Good Morning America on Friday, July 3.
Tyler confirms the clip is scheduled for broadcast in the 7:00 AM hour of the program.
The singer has been in Nashville since January working with songwriters on material for his debut solo album on Big Machine Records’ affiliated label Dot Records.
Tyler issued the single to radio last month and delivered the debut live performance of the tune on the May 13 season 14 finale of American Idol.
Written by Lindsey Lee and Eric Paslay, “Love Is Your Name” debuted on the US Billboard charts at No. 33 on the Country Airplay listings.
Tyler is currently on the road with Aerosmith as part of the Boston band’s 15-date Blue Army tour, which opened in Glendale, Arizona on June 13.
