Bassist Wolfgang Van Halen has posted a short video clip of Van Halen rehearsing for their performance of ABC-TV’s Jimmy Kimmel Live this Monday.
The footage is shot from Wolfgang’s view on a soundstage as he pans across to show father Eddie and uncle Alex while the trio play the band’s 1978 classic, “Runnin’ With The Devil.”
“Rehearsal for #Kimmel on Monday!,” posted the bassist on Instagram.
Van Halen are set to release “Tokyo Dome Live In Concert” on Tuesday, and will launch the project with a special concert for the late night show on Hollywood Boulevard on Monday.
The band’s first U.S. television performance with original lead singer David Lee Roth will be recorded for broadcast over two nights - March 30 and March 31.
Van Halen will also perform on the Ellen DeGeneres Show on April 2.
