Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry has released a video for “Run Run Rudolph”, a track from his new 4-song Christmas EP, “Joe Perry’s Merry Christmas.”
The set features features seasonal holiday classics including “White Christmas”, “Silent Night” and “Santa Claus Is Back In Town.”
“I have wanted to do a Christmas CD with Aerosmith for years, but it seems we never have the time to record one,” says Perry. “When my Rocks book tour ended, the timing was right--we were in LA with access to a studio with some really talented friends and it all fell together. I was finally able to record some Christmas classics for the fans.”
Perry published his memoir, “Rocks: My Life In And Out Of Aerosmith", in October.
The autobiography sees the guitarist open up – for the first time – about the wild, inside story of his life in the legendary Boston band he co-founded in 1970.
