AC/DC are premiering the video for “Play Ball”, the lead single from their forthcoming album, “Rock Or Bust.”
Directed by David Mallett, the clip was shot in London in early October, along with the album’s title track.
“The spirit of ‘Play Ball’ is sort of a mélange, ie mess up, of all sorts of outrageous videos of people playing ball,” says Mallett, “plus a relative performance from the band.”
Due December 2, “Rock Or Bust” was recorded at Vancouver’s Warehouse Studio with producer Brendan O’Brien (Aerosmith, Pearl Jam) and engineer Mike Fraser.
AC/DC will launch a world tour in support of the album in 2015.
