Led Zeppelin teams with designer Paul Smith for scarf collection
Led Zeppelin has teamed up with British fashion designer Paul Smith to create a limited-edition collection of scarves featuring prints of the band’s album covers.
The Independent reports the collaboration marks the launch of the band’s newly re-mastered versions of their nine albums.
Smith’s collection will launch with six scarves, featuring artwork from the first three reissues – “Led Zeppelin”, “Led Zeppelin II” and "Led Zeppelin III" – plus the fall reissues of “Led Zeppelin IV” and “Houses Of The Holy”…while Smith has created a unique design for the sixth scarf.
Each Led Zeppelin scarf will be made in a limited-edition run of 50 and will be available in-store and online at paulsmith.co.uk on October 23.
The Paul Smith Led Zeppelin collection arrives just 5 days before the band will release expanded reissues of 1971’s “Led Zeppelin IV” and 1973’s “Houses Of The Holy”, both due on October 28.
