Slash was joined by Duff McKagan for the Guns N’ Roses classic, “It’s So Easy”, during his opening slot for Aerosmith at The Gorge in George, Washington on August 16, and fan-filmed video of the performance is available.
The song originally appeared on GNR’s 1987 debut album, “Appetite For Destuction.” The project went on to sell more than 30 million copies worldwide, including 18 million in the US alone.
“Good times in George, Washington 2nite @TheGorge,” posted Slash. “1 of the most picturesque venues in the country. Thanks @DuffMcKagan for jamming!”
Slash is currently on the road opening for Aerosmith as part of the Let Rock Rule tour.
The guitarist will issue his new album, “World On Fire”, on September 16th.
A week after the release, Slash will promote the project and mark the Guitar Center’s 50th anniversary with a series of three concerts in Hollywood’s most legendary clubs.
The rocker will play shows at The Troubadour (Sep 23), The Roxy (Sep 25) and The Whisky (Sep 26).
