Aerosmith were joined by Slash for their 1973 classic, “Mama Kin”, during their show at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts on Wednesday, and fan-filmed video of the performance is available.
The appearance marks the first time the pair have hooked up on stage during the Let Rock Rule tour, which sees the guitarist opening for the Boston legends.
“Mama Kin” originally appears on Aerosmith’s self-titled debut album, which peaked at No. 21 on the US Billboard 200 on its way to selling more than 2 million copies in the States alone.
Aerosmith are playing a hits-filled set on the summer tour while also continuing to promote their latest album, 2012’s “Music From Another Dimension.”
