The night before launched the Let Rock Rule tour with Aerosmith, Slash performed a solo headlining show on July 9 at the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom in Hampton Beach, New Hampshire, where he delivered the live debut of three tunes from his forthcoming album, “World On Fire.”
The rocker premiered “Stone Blind”, “30 Years To Life” and the title track at the show, and fan-filmed video of the first two tunes has surfaced.
Due September 16, “World On Fire” is the follow-up to 2012’s “Apocalyptic Love.”
As with his last record, the project once again sees the guitarist working with his touring band, Myles Kennedy And The Conspirators, and producer Michael Baskette.
The Let Rock Rule tour wraps up September 9 in Clarkston, Michigan.
