Iron Maiden headlined the opening night of the Rock am Ring Festival in Germany on Thursday, and video of their full performance is available.
The show, part of the band’s Maiden England world tour, fell on drummer Nicko McBrain’s 62nd birthday.
The 4-day festival features headline sets by Kings Of Leon (Jun 6), Linkin Park (Jun 7) and Metallica (Jun 8).
Iron Maiden recently launched the final European leg of their tour in Barcelona, Spain; shows will wrap up with a headline performance at the UK Sonisphere Festival in July as part of the 40th Anniversary celebrations at Knebworth Park.
By the end of the trek, Iron Maiden will have played 102 shows in 32 countries to well over two million fans since starting in the USA in June 2012.
