Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood has become a grandfather for the eighth time.
“Congratulations to my daughter Leah Wood and Jack & Maggie ~ Baby 'Otis Sonny David MacDonald' was born today! xx” posted Wood Monday in Oslo, Norway, where the Stones were getting set to launch the European leg of the 14 On Fire tour.
Otis is the second child for the couple: Wood gave birth to a daughter, Maggie Dylan, on May 28, 2009.
British singer and model Leah is Ronnie's second of four children; he married his third wife, Sally Humphreys, in 2012.
Monday’s concert in Oslo, Norway was the Rolling Stones’ first live show since the passing of singer Mick Jagger’s longtime girlfriend, L’Wren Scott; the band postponed seven shows in Australia and New Zealand following the news - the dates were recently rescheduled for October and November of this year.
