A preview of Soundgarden performing “Rusty Cage” on an upcoming broadcast of DIRECTV’s Guitar Center Sessions is available.
The band were filmed last month in Austin, Texas during SXSW for the show, which will debut May 4th at 8pm on DIRECTV's AUDIENCE (channel 239).
Soundgarden were in Austin to perform their 1994 breakthrough album, “Superunknown”, in its entirety - for the first time ever - at the iTunes Festival on March 13.
The Seattle rockers will release a 20th anniversary reissue of “Superunknown” on June 3rd.

Soundgarden launch a European tour in Istanbul, Turkey on June 6, and then team up with Nine Inch Nails for a summer tour of North America with dates starting July 19 in Las Vegas.
