Duff McKagan played his third full show with Guns N’Roses in 17 years on Saturday at Estadio Hernando Siles in La Paz, Bolivia, and video from the concert has surfaced.
McKagan has rejoined GNR for five dates to fill-in for bassist Tommy Stinson, who is playing previously scheduled shows the Coachella Festival this month with The Replacements.
“Gracias LA Paz! Great f*cking crowd,” tweeted Duff. “Axl's voice is SO on. @axlrose . Even at 13k feet! Anyhow, it was honor playing for y'all.”
McKagan will play two more shows with GNR when they hit Recife, Brazil on April 15 and Fortaleza, Brazil on April 17.
"It's pretty great to play these songs again, and looking forward to playing some gigs with my pal again,” Duff said via his publicist when the tour news was announced. “South America is always a radical place for rock n roll...and I'm honored to be doing this thing, in that place."
