Rolling Stones to play first show in Israel
The Rolling Stones will play their first show in Israel as part of the current 14 On Fire tour.
The band will play Tel Aviv's Hayarkon Park on June 4; the date also marks the group’s first show of the summer, just days ahead of a European tour.
The Stones recently postponed seven shows in Australia and New Zealand following the sudden death of Mick Jagger’s longtime girlfriend, L’Wren Scott; the dates are expected to be rebooked for this fall.
Jagger was joined by family and friends as they said goodbye to Scott at a private funeral service in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
