AC/DC bassist Cliff Williams has sold his West Village, New York condo.
Property Observer reports Williams’ condo at 63 Downing Street appeared on the Streeteasy website as listed at $US 1.899 million, and now appears as sold for $US 2.3 million.
The second floor-renovated apartment includes two private terraces and decorative French garden style wood trellises.
Williams purchased the property in July 2004 for $1.25 million.

Things remain quiet in the AC/DC camp these days as 2013 marks the band’s 40th anniversary.
Williams gave Gus Griesinger from Backstage Axxess an update in January at the NAMM (National Association Of Music Merchants) convention, saying, "Nothing in the works right now. We're still getting over the last tour. Just hanging out and doing stuff. I know the guys (guitarists Angus and Malcolm Young) are writing new material and when it's ready they'll give us a holler."
About the AC/DC writing process, Williams added, "(Angus and Malcolm) will get a bunch of ideas together - some are more together than others - then we'll all hit the studio or a little rehearsal room and we'll kick it around with a producer and then get in a studio and record. Right now, Angus and Malcolm aren't ready for us yet."
