Black Star Riders guitarist Scott Gorham talks about the recording of the band’s just-released debut album, “All Hell Breaks Loose,” in a new interview with MusicRadar.
The project was recorded in Los Angeles and produced by Kevin Shirley.
“This album was done like no album any of us had recorded before,” explains Gorham. “It was 12 songs in 12 days; I can’t remember ever doing a Thin Lizzy album like that.”
“All Hell Breaks Loose” debuted at #25 on the UK album chart.
Black Star Riders made their live debut last week to launch the new project at The Marshall Theatre at Milton Keynes, UK.
The set featured a mix of new music along with some classic Thin Lizzy tracks.
