New Jersey was represented in full force at the 12-12-12 Sandy Relief charity concert in New York on Wednesday.
Native sons Bruce Springsteen and Bon Jovi rocked the early hours of the benefit show with sets full of hits and personal recollections of the state.
The two also hooked up for duets in each other’s sets: Jon joining Bruce’s event-opening appearance for “Born To Run,” while the Boss returned the favor on “Who Says You Can’t Go Home” during Bon Jovi’s performance.
All proceeds from the “12-12-12” event will benefit the Robin Hood Relief Fund, which provides money, material and know-how to local organizations that are serving families and individuals in the regions hardest hit by the storm.
