Soundgarden performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live Monday night.
The Seattle rockers blazed through “By Crooked Steps” and “Been Away Too Long” - two tracks from their newly-released album, “King Animal.”
The project marks the reunited band’s first studio effort in 16 years.
“King Animal” recently debuted at #5 on the Billboard 200 albums charts following first-week sales of 83,000.
Soundgarden kick off a North American tour in Washington, DC on January 18.
The month-long schedule includes two-night engagements in New York City, Toronto, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles and, for the first time since the band reunited with their surprise show at the Showbox, they will be playing 2 shows in their hometown of Seattle.
