Slash has released a new video for “Bad Rain” from his sophomore solo set, “Apocalyptic Love.”
The animated clip follows the album’s lead single, “You’re A Lie.”
Slash is currently on tour across North America; this week he plays shows in the Midwest, including Kansas City (Thu), Chicago (Fri) and Springfield, MO (Sat).
A new photo biography about the acclaimed guitarist is due in October.
"Slash: An Intimate Portrait", a new 144-page hardcover book by Richard Bienstock, with photography by Robert Knight, takes fans beyond the glitz and mystique, to reveal the warmth, charm, and humility of one of popular music's most revered rockers.

These photos take us beyond the big hair, the big hat, and the huge guitar riffs to underscore the larger-than-life personality and genuine enthusiasm that have made Slash one of rock's most recognizable figures for more than three decades. With over one hundred never-before-published color and black-and-white photos, and warmly candid insights from Slash himself, this fascinating book frames a real and complete perspective of today's most iconic guitarist.
"Slash: An Intimate Portrait" features an entertaining and insightful foreword by close friend and legend in his own right, The Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood, and a witty and thoughtful preface from Aerosmith's Joe Perry.
