Metallica headlined the Rock Am Ring festival in Nurburgring, Germany on Saturday.

The show is part of the band’s European Summer Vacation tour.

The festival is streaming live and the Metallica set, like many others, was seen by fans around the globe as it happened.

In an effort to promote their upcoming US festival, Metallica also streamed the show live at OrionMusicAndMore.com, the band's online home for the event, which is set to take place June 23-24 at Bader Field in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
