Jack White debuts atop US album chart
Jack White scores the No. 1 slot on the Billboard 200 for the first time this week with his solo debut, "Blunderbuss."
Billboard reports White hit the top with sales of 138,000 copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
It's the rocker's first US No. 1 – earlier this week, he debuted at the top of the UK charts – read up on it here.
Jack’s other bands, the White Stripes, the Raconteurs and the Dead Weather collectively snagged seven top 10 sets.
White stayed ahead of Adele’s “21” release, which moved from 3 to 2 with sales of 84,000 copies.
